How Does the Process Work

On the other hand, since the sales on credit are made only with credit cards belonging to banks, the BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes that it will separately confirm the relevant interest rates and default interest information from its bank, and that the provisions regarding interest and default interest will be applied within the scope of the credit card agreement between the Bank and the BUYER in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force.
Return Procedure:
A) In cases where the BUYER exercises his right of withdrawal or the product in question cannot be supplied for various reasons or in cases where the arbitration board decides to refund the price to the BUYER, if the purchase was made with a credit card and in installments, the procedure for refunding to the credit card is stated below:
The Bank makes the refund to the BUYER in installments, regardless of the installment in which the BUYER purchased the product. After the SELLER pays the bank the entire product price in one go, in the event that the installment expenses made from the Bank POS are refunded to the BUYER's credit card, the requested refund amounts are transferred to the holder accounts by the Bank in installments so that the parties involved in the matter do not suffer. The installment amounts paid by the BUYER until the cancellation of the sale, if the refund date does not coincide with the account closing dates of the card, will be reflected to the card as 1 (one) refund each month and the BUYER will receive the installments paid before the refund for an additional month after the installments of the sale are completed, as many months as the number of installments paid before the refund, and will be deducted from their current debts.
In the event of a return of goods and services purchased with the card, the SELLER cannot make a cash payment to the BUYER in accordance with the contract it has made with the Bank. The member business, namely the SELLER, will make the refund through the relevant software in case of a return transaction, and since the member business, namely the SELLER, is obliged to pay the relevant amount to the Bank in cash or as a deduction, the BUYER cannot be paid in cash in accordance with the procedure we have explained above. The refund to the credit card will be made by the Bank in accordance with the above procedure after the SELLER pays the amount to the Bank in a single payment.
The BUYER accepts and undertakes that he/she has read and accepted this procedure.
B) Return Procedure for Cash on Delivery and EFT Payment Options
In cash on delivery and EFT payment options, the return will be made to the account specified by the Consumer by requesting bank account information and by transfer and EFT (the account must be in the name of the person at the billing address or in the name of the user member).

If packaging, cargo and delivery costs are not specified as free of charge, they are covered by the BUYER. In this case, the cargo price is added to the total amount of the order and is not included in the product price. The delivery will be delivered by hand to the BUYER's address specified above, through the contracted cargo company. Even if the BUYER is not at the address at the time of delivery, our Company will be deemed to have fulfilled its obligation completely and completely. Therefore, the SELLER is not responsible for any damages and expenses arising from the BUYER receiving the product late and/or not receiving it at all. SELLER is responsible for the delivery of the contractual product in a sound, complete manner, in accordance with the specifications specified in the order and with warranty documents and user manuals, if any.
3.5. Fast and Easy Shopping: After the order is approved, if the “CUSTOMER” clicks on the “CONFIRMATION” tab in the fast and easy shopping section on the order approval screen and enters the SMS verification activation code sent to the customer’s registered mobile phone in the system into the relevant section on the site within 180 seconds, the customer accepts that the cargo company, delivery address, payment selection and information will be recorded and stored under the customer profile information with his/her own approval. The relevant information recorded with the “CUSTOMER’S” consent will be stored under the customer’s profile information and upon the “CUSTOMER’S” request, this information will be removed from the customer profile upon request.

Important Points
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the goods/services subject to the contract to him/her or to the person/organization at the address he/she indicates. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be notified by fax, e-mail or 0332 345 06 05 within the same period and the goods/services must be delivered within the framework of the provisions of Article 15 and are an integral part of this contract and
According to the preliminary information published on the www.masterpol.com.tr website, it is a possible condition that the packaging and content are not damaged while being tested. In case of exercising this right, the return of the original invoice for the goods/services delivered to the 3rd party or the Buyer is mandatory. The price of the goods/services is returned to the Buyer within 10 days following the receipt of the notice regarding the right of withdrawal and the goods/services are received back within 20 (twenty) days. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be returned to the Buyer. The delivery cost of the goods/services returned due to the right of withdrawal is covered by the Seller.
The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following contracts:
a) Contracts regarding goods or services whose prices change depending on the fluctuations in the financial markets and are not under the control of the SELLER or the provider.
b) Contracts regarding goods prepared in line with the wishes or personal needs of the consumer.
c) Contracts regarding the delivery of goods that are perishable or whose expiration date may pass.
ç) Contracts regarding the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; the return of which is not suitable in terms of health and hygiene.
d) Contracts regarding goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by nature.
e) Contracts regarding books, digital content and computer consumables provided in a material medium if the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery of the goods.
f) Contracts regarding the delivery of periodical publications such as newspapers and magazines, other than those provided within the scope of a subscription contract.
g) Contracts regarding accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, food and beverage supply and the evaluation of free time for entertainment or resting purposes that must be made on a certain date or period.
ğ) Contracts regarding services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantly.
h) Contracts regarding services whose performance is started with the approval of the consumer before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period.
i) If a SIM card is inserted into a mobile phone product or a network connection is established via WiFi, the device will become second-hand. According to the relevant legislation, "the saleable feature of the product should not be lost" within the scope of the right of withdrawal. Therefore, products with a SIM card inserted or connected via WiFi cannot be returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal. In case of a defective product, etc., the store should be contacted. The store may request a technical service report.
j) Due to their nature, goods/services that cannot be returned are goods/services that deteriorate rapidly and have expired, single-use goods/services, and all kinds of software and programs that can be copied. In addition, in all kinds of software and programs, DVD, DIVX, VCD, CD, MD, videocassettes, computer and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) and personal care/cosmetic materials, the packaging of the goods/services must be unopened, intact and unused in order to exercise the right of withdrawal.
k) Goods/services that are prepared in accordance with the consumer's requests or clearly in line with his/her personal needs, goods/services that cannot be returned due to their nature, goods/services that are at risk of rapid deterioration or are likely to expire, disposable goods/services, service contracts where the performance of the service begins with the consumer's approval before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period, contracts regarding goods whose prices are determined in stock exchanges or other organized markets, contracts regarding the delivery of periodical publications such as newspapers and magazines, contracts regarding the performance of services related to betting and lotteries, services performed instantly in electronic environment and contracts regarding intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, all kinds of software and programs that can be copied. In addition, in all kinds of software and programs, DVD, DIVX, VCD, CD, MD, videocassettes, mobile phones, computer and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) and personal care/cosmetic materials, the packaging of the goods/services must be unopened, intact and unused in order to exercise the right of withdrawal.
